Our experience includes a combined fifty years of practice. Our principal office is located in Midland, Texas but we represent many clients in Midland, Dallas, Houston, Austin and other Texas cities. Our practice primarily includes helping small and mid-size businesses with acquisition, development, leasing, formation and maintenance (corporations, partnerships, LLC’s, LLP’s, limited partnerships, etc.), general business matters, including MSAs, PSAs, NDAs, misc. employment matters and general oil and gas operations. We strive for professional excellence for each and every client, no matter the size. We believe in exceptional service to our clients and that means we will provide quality legal service, delivered when promised, and in a cost effective manner. Our fees are generally based on standard hourly rates, but many clients benefit from other billing arrangements, including flat fee and retainer agreements.
