Mr. Rendall has been certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1989. He has an extensive real estate transactional practice and land use practice. In addition, he serves as general counsel for the Midland County Fresh Water Supply District No. 1, and the Midland County Utility District. In addition, Mr. Rendall maintains an active commercial law practice in which he advises entities in corporate matters.
He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1987. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (with a B.A.) and the Texas Tech School of Law. He is very involved in civic affairs in Midland including having served two terms on the Midland City Council; seven years as an appointee to the Midland Development Corporation; President of the Board of the Midland Community Theatre; Deacon, Elder and Trustee of Midland’s First Presbyterian Church; President of the Board of Directors of the Midland Chamber of Commerce, as well as other philanthropic organizations.

Mrs. Sikes is the managing member of the firm and practices primarily in the areas of Business/Corporate Law (formation of business entities, acquisitions, mergers, conversions, and dissolutions), Commercial Real Estate (right-of-way, office/retail, multi-family, farm and ranch, easements, wind leases), Local Government (county, water district, utility district, eminent domain), and upstream Oil and Gas. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2001,
and is licensed by the United States District Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of Texas and admitted to the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. She is active in her law community as a member/former member of the Dallas Bar Association, Midland County Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and a former Board Member of the Midland County Young Lawyers Association (Board Member, 2003-2004) (Bar Liaison 2007), the College of the State Bar of Texas, Junior Women’s Association, and a former board member/current legal liaison for CASA of West Texas and that of her church (by leading the children’s liturgy program) and children’s school (by serving on the parent’s club board). She practices in both Dallas and Midland. Mrs. Sikes is originally from Dallas where she attended Ursuline Academy and Southern Methodist University (Academic Achievement Scholar; Alpha Chi Omega Sorority). She obtained her law degree from Creighton University (Dean’s Merit Scholar, Client Counseling and Negotiations Board; Moot Court; Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity). Mrs. Sikes is also an Adjunct Professor, teaching graduate level courses in Business Law at the University of Texas, Permian Basin and developed both their undergraduate and graduate level business law online courses.

Mrs. Adcock is an associate with the firm and practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation including matters involving breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duties, and requests for injunctive relief. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2001, and is licensed by the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas. As a defense lawyer, she has represented clients in general tort claims ranging from matters grounded in premises liability and retailer issues to wrongful death and other catastrophic injuries arising from general negligence or strict liability. She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association. She practices primarily in Dallas. She obtained her law degree from Texas Tech University and her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. Mrs. Adcock practiced at Gardere Wynne Sewell and then Hallett & Perrin, P.C. through 2009. She joined Rendall Sikes PLLC in 2017. She participates in advising clients on an array of litigation and business matters, including employment and oil and gas agreements.

She practiced for twelve years as in-house counsel to a real estate and oil and gas company, serving as advisor to the management on commercial and real estate matters. Mrs. Raines has an active commercial law practice in which she advises entities in corporate matters. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2001, and is licensed by the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Texas. She obtained her cum laude law degree from Texas Tech University and her undergraduate magna cum laude degree from University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
